Over 850 photographs!!! Just flip through this book, and you have instant inspiration. Who better to give advise than the master of bodybuilding himself? Arnold Schwarzenegger. Some people disagree with his ideas, but this book also has information about contests, diet, and posing. |
The title says it all. MORE MUSCLE. This book has a good approach to putting on muscle and you can expect to make a lot of gains while using the philosophy of Ken Sprague. I hear nothing but good reviews about this book. |

If you are a beginner, this is a must have. The basic fundamentals of bodybuilding are laid out for you. In this book Arnold stresses results rather than push his own philosophy, unlike many other books on the subject. |
This book has it all. It is truly an encyclopedia. Everything is covered: history of the sport, profiles, training, routines, nutrition. This book is of much help to any bodybuilder beginner to expert, male or female. |
