 You may be wondering just who in the hell is this guy? Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Robert Adamovich, (Bob, to my friends), and I am a writer of horror and suspense. I am an affiliate member of the Horror Writer's Association and although I am new to the getting published part of writing, I am beginning to be published and appreciated. It hasn't been easy, but then again anything worth its wild is not easy. I have been writing since I was in the first grade with a poem about Spring. I even drew a little picture of a tree on the first page. Funny how you remember those little things. I used to write horror comics in grade school and had a friend do the art work. We split the profits and actually sold every copy we made. Who needed to pay attention in class, we were making candy money. My first story was about a severed hand that got caught up in a mad scientists experiment and grew to fifty feet tall and had a hundred eyes and ten feet. Of course it caused havoc and destruction upon the nearest town until its demise at the hands of the Army. I actually rented that copy out about ten times since I didn't have a printing press I rented it out. Well so much for my young entrepeneurism. I grew up on the south side of Chicago and moved to the south suburbs during high school. There I learned how to do drugs and drink, oh yea I also learned something there, though I can't remember too much. I winded up working in the steel mills where my father worked for nearly forty years and was laid off permanently three years later. I then moved to Houston, Texas for seven years, got married and moved back to the Chicago area where I live today and then got divorced. After seven years of marriage I finally felt as though I could write again. So here I am writing. I plan on keeping writing horror and suspense and getting published, so keep coming back to check my site for updates.
