Fallen Tree in the creek at my home I have a fallen tree in the creek at my home, how do I get it removed? To report concerns about a creek, call City Horticulturist, Charles Owen directly at 440-526-4794. A Horticulturist Supervisor will come out and inspect the creek. A determination of ownership must be made before this problem can be resolved. If the creek belongs to the City, you will be advised of a schedule for tree removal. If the creek is privately owned, the owners will be contacted and asked to remove the tree. The Horticulturist Department and the City Engineer are responsible for follow-up and code violation monitoring. Return to Reference Area
