What is K&J's SmallTreasures?
Ken and Jean are collectors of
turn of the century dolls and bears. As collectors, we also love
antique doll carriages, toys, doll furniture, and other doll
accessories of that era. Because of the very high cost and the
difficulty in locating surviving, affordable examples of these
early toys, Ken's other hobby, woodworking, was challenged. He
has successfully duplicated many of the doll carriages,
furniture, and other wood toys, in their personal collection. As
a result, since 1984, Ken and Jean have
been able to share these "very affordable" examples of
these 19th century doll accessories with hundreds of other
collectors.
