2) ALL negatives (to make extra prints whenever and as often as your heart desires)
3) one set of 4x6 prints (of each photo roll)
4) up to 8 high-res scans (2400+ dpi; can be sent via email all over the world or used as computer screen-saver)
5) two 8x10 prints of graphically tweaked shots (of my chosing)
6) prompt delivery of work (all work out the door within 2-10 days)
