I have written and maintain a pamphlet, called Know Your Vestry and a Worship Customary (new - 4th edition; 14 July 1997) for St Christopher's church. I have also written the script for an Instructed Eucharist (click on the highligted or underlined links to see those documents) . Since these might be of value as models for other parishes, I have made them available here.
