Space Rental

In the former boiler room of a renovated warehouse building, Gallery 312's dramatic main gallery has 22' ceilings. A mezzanine overlooks this space which includes a large coat room and spacious guest reception area. The main space is complemented by 3 intimate adjacent spaces, allowing for the exhibition of work in all media and scale. With over 7000 square feet, Gallery 312 provides a perfect setting for private and corporate events. The Gallery is available for evening rentals for wedding receptions, office meetings and parties, organizational fundraisers, and other social occasions. Rental rates are competitive and the space can be configured to accommodate up to 120 people for a seated dinner or 350 for cocktail receptions. We can recommend caterers, a valet service or entertainment (though we have no exclusive arrangements). In addition, the Gallery is occasionally available for exhibition rental when the entire space can be rented at a weekly rate.
