This portion of my site is just to let all of you visitors to The Superunknown just what is happening with the site.  Stuff highlighted in green are the strong points that I would like to get across.  I erased each of the dates prior to 11-30-99, primarily because my parents say I shouldn't be displaying my personal life on the net, the emotional roller coaster that it is.  At least I'm not giving out credit card numbers.

    In case you haven't noticed, there is a special section up, you can access it from the home page.  Finally, a good friend of mine has armed me with an excellent image manipulation program, and now I set out to wreak havoc with my happy little images.  Very soon...

    6 brand-new Soundgarden decals are up on the SG Logo section, check it out.  As for all the pics I have saved on my hard drive, they won't be around until I change the whole setup of the pics section.   ONCE AGAIN, I'M STILL LOOKING FOR A GOOD IMAGE MANIPULATOR.  SUGGESTIONS?

   Okay, there are two new logos up on the SG graphics page:  one BMF logo and a license plate decal (very cool, with a nod towards Chris and his Creed license plate).  Also, I've uploaded the new Mouse banner (also very cool.), and I'm working on a new splash page, sporting the Superunknown logo, and a new animation (more sophisticated than the spinning "S" logo).

    As a student, I have loads and loads of homework that will one day kill me, so I don't have a whole lotta time to work on The Superunknown, otherwise it would look a lot different right now.  However, I have a cool new banner, and I'm getting ready to upload some new pics and logos, a lot of the logos of my own creation.  Once again, if you know where I can get a hold of a decent image-modification program, please tell me.

   SG graphics page has been thumbnailed.   Now, onto the pics, and other things.  And a question to all of you out there watching me, might you know of a place where one could download some kind of image manipulator?  Let me know if you do.

   Finally, I got an animator and managed to figure the thing out.  I have the first, primitive version of a spiraling SG symbol.  Previously, I'd done all my work in MS Paint, which is pretty pathetic.   Which is also why the animation is so primitive:  I don't have any programs that can rotate an image any degree other than 90, 180, and 270 degrees.  

    I'm going to download one soon, though, so I can make a more comprehensive and better-looking spiral. 

    Aside from that, I've done nothing, so you can go do something far more interesting than reading all these little words on your screen.

    A couple new logos up on the SG graphics page.  I still have a lot of them saved to my hard drive, I just need to fiddle around with them a little bit before I put them up on the site.  Also, I still have bazillions of pics, and as soon as my homework gives me a break, I'll start remodifying a new images section, more complete, and that will probably contain thumbnails.   Maybe.

    Well, I've finally figured out exactly what I want to do with the site, however, I'm not able to do so for some time.   I've always known that The Superunknown was a novice site, even though it is the reincarnation of my first attempt at HTML.  However, I've been experimenting with new things, in order to better my online skills, and I'm trying to pick up some image generator progams in order to begin reforming the Superunknown into something completely different. 

   Above all, I'm looking for a more professional-looking site, because when I look at it, I find myself being disgusted by it's pathetic appearance.  I feel that Soundgarden deserves better.  Perhaps, someday, I can be half as good as the Unofficial page...  I'm also looking to get rid of this tell-all black background.  If you look around the web enough almost everybody has a black background.  Unfortunately, everything else I've tried as far as backgrounds go so far kinda sucks.  So...  We'll see. 

    As for updates, I've added a few logos to the SG logo section, and I've obtained a lot more pics of the band; unfortunately, I haven't figured out exactly what to do with them.  I'm not sure I want to continue my current format; all the pics jammed together in one section.  But I don't like thumbnails, either.  Tell me what you think.
