2 Cu Macaroni, Whole-Wheat -- Cook And Drain
1 Ea Egg -- Beaten
1 Tbsp Parsley -- Minced
1 Can cream of chicken soup, condensed -- reduced fat
1 Lb Chicken -- Cooked And Shredded
1 Med Onion -- Chopped
1 Tbsp Oil
8 Oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cu Milk, Skim
1 Cu Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk -- Shredded
8 Oz Mushroom -- Drained
1 Tbsp Garlic -- Minced
1 Tbsp Oregano

Cook and drain macaroni. Mix egg, parsley, milk and soup until blended. Stir in macaroni. Cook beef and onion in oil till tender, add garlic and oregano and cook five minutes longer over low heat. Add tomato sauce. Spread macaroni mixture in a 9 by 12 pan. Spoon meat mixture over macaroni. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
