Prayer to the Eternal Father Eternal Father.......Holy Mighty One.....Holy Immortal One........we honor, glorify, praise and thank You for all that You are and all that You do. We thank You for all that You have given us and done for us. We thank You especially for all creation, for Your gifts of life and faith, and for the gift of Your Son, Jesus, and His constant loving presence with us in the Holy Eucharist. We thank You especially for the gift of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, whom He has given to us as our Mother also. We thank You especially for Your Divine Mercy and the opportunity given each of us to earn eternal life with the Trinity and the Angels and Saints. We thank You especially for the gift you have given us of each other, and for the fullness of Your life within us through which in all that we do to others or receive from others we encounter You. Eternal Father, we consecrate ourselves to You through the Holy Spirit and through Jesus and Mary. Use every moment of our lives to glorify and honor You, and for Your work of salvation. Eternal Father, unworthy to even speak Your name, we acknowledge our dependence on You for everything, from every beat of our hearts to all worldly necessities and blessings. In humble recognition of Your Fatherly love and of our unmeasureable unworthiness, we prostrate ourselves before Your throne and place before You our petitions.......(pause here and name your request). Eternal Father, bring us safely through our earthly journey and battle to live forever in the Light of Your presence. We petition all things of You through the Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ Our Lord, and through the intercession of Holy Mary, Mother of the Eucharist. AMEN
