May, 2004  Cold Day - Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
4 whole chicken breast (or 8, split) cooked and cubed
1 8 oz. box of shells, uncooked
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion, chopped fine
4 cups of milk

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-quart greased
casserole dish;  top this with bread crumbs and refrigerate
overnight  (or freeze for use at a later date.).

Note:
If you prefer, replace the bread crumbs with a liberal
amount of butter.

Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until browned)
at  350 degrees.
Serves  4, nicely.
